@MrLino hiya.. Thanks for the reply.. I finally figured out the RELATIVE MAJOR AND RELATIVE MINOR.. And canplay all 5 positions now..Even E which is a little bit tricky…And to find the relative MAJOR when playing a Minor pentatonic scale u put pinky on the root of the minor.. It is simple when you figure out the concept to it! Thanks again for your reply!!

@CRAIGARRR Man, the thing is REALLY simple, but you need to know all the 5 boxes to fully understand it. Let’s say that the position marty just used there on minor pentatonic is the 1st box, ok? So, when you switch to MAJOR, the 1st box of minor becomes the 5th box of the major, that’s why he tells you to “start with your pinky”. I know it’s kinda hard to understand my explaination, but if you learn all the 5 boxes of minor and then compare to the major, you’ll get it. They’re the same but moved

Can someone tell me the “magic” about the pinky on the C root for the Major pentatonic but the first finger on the C root for the minor pentatonic? 4:21
Can you start on the C root with your first finger for the C Major pentatonic but just use a different box?
