master the guitar scales? Well allow me to explain 
This is a quick video on how to master the guitar scales all though I’m not a master myself I definitely know enough to teach people starting out (and intermediates) what I do know.
Hopefully this helps someone master the guitar scales.

Something which really helped me musically is not having my guitar for the last 3 months, it seems that just listening to music (listen to everything the drums, guitar, bass, beats, rythyms, leads) and you will learn to distinguish the sounds.
It’s important that you’re pro-active in your musical education both on guitar and around it. Music is about more then just playing guitar, it’s about feeling, emotion and passion so always listen to music and youll improve
I can hear when two …
I can hear when two positions are the the same note. But I can’t just hear a note and tell what note it is.
Any tips on that?

@99rains Hey dude, check out my lessons on the pentatonic scales because those are really the basics of western music (which I assume is what you’re trying to learn to play, the general style).
