What are some good books and/or programs to help learn guitar scales?

Jamorama Beginner to Advanced Guitar Course

I’ve been playing guitar for a while now, but i just can’t seem to learn and remember the scales for some reason. Can anyone recomend any books or computer programs to help me out with it?
