Where can i find chords for my acoustic guitar and bamboo flute?

You cannot play any chords on your bamboo flute, just basic melodies. I suggest you to learn the basics of music theory first so that you could read sheet music properly, also try to find out the range of your flute i.e. how high and how low notes you can play with it.
