I know some people post lessons on style and technique here and there… but is there actually someone, who provides a chronological lesson plan.. like from the beginning to the more experienced? I.e. Lesson 1, lesson 2, lesson 3 etc

Expert Village is pretty neat. It gives you lessons telling you from beginner to intermediate. When you want to go EXTREMELY advance, I recommend listening to Victor Wooten, he also tells his secrets on tapes. Live at bass day 97 I think it was that teaches you thumping and such. He’s one of the best
